Lyu Lingling, female, founded Ningbo Dayoung Technology Co., Ltd. in November 2010 and served as CEO, fully responsible for the company's strategy and operation.

Professional work performance: During the period of serving as the general manager of Ningbo Dayoung Technology Co., Ltd, she was responsible for the corporate strategy and market.  During the work period, she continuously optimized sales operations based on technological innovation and industrial upgrades. During her governance, the company gained outstanding results in the introduction of talent and business model optimization work: The team size was developed from the beginning of the R & D team of 5 people to the current team of nearly 300 people while the product range grew from a single product to almost 300.

Professional theoretical level: She was appointed in several city-level research and development bodies and programs like: “part-time researcher of Zhejiang Yangtze River Delta Financial Science and Technology Research Institute”; The “Research on Typical Pathogen Precision Control Technology and Product Development” (2022Z124) Program,  the major science and technology project “Thermal Delayed Fluorescent OLEDs in the Field of Pathogen Control” of Jiangbei District of Ningbo City, which is the research and development of precise prevention and control technology and products for typical vector organisms.

She also was a critical player in developing China’s national LED technology applied to mosquitoes control: she promoted the integration of the China CDC and the the National Semiconductor Innovation Alliance to organize and host the first “Light and Insect Standards and Technology Summit Forum”, to promote cross-border industrial exchanges, technical discussions, and to open up the development of independent intellectual property rights in China's silicon-based LED for insect control, and to promote the development of the industry.

She also promoted cross-border industrial exchanges and technical discussions to explore the application of silicon-based LEDs with China's independent intellectual property rights in the field of mosquito prevention and control, helped formulating domestic and international technical standards for mosquito control lamps and mite removal sprays, and pushing forward the development of semiconductor technologies such as OLEDs, QLEDs, LEDs and so on, in the field of insect light applications, we have gained the favorable comments from the government and industry experts.
